Delete your Sumday account
If Sumday is installed
Open Settings → Backup → Delete account. This permanently erases your backed-up data and your account from our servers. The copy on your phone is untouched, so you can keep tracking exactly as before — Sumday simply goes back to being local-only.
If you no longer have the app
Email sumday@susnoodle.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We erase the account and all backed-up data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
If you signed in using Apple’s Hide My Email, your account address is the @privaterelay.appleid.com one Apple created for Sumday — send from that and it reaches us normally. You can find it under iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Sumday.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything associated with it: your email address and every tracker, entry, rate, bill and reminder you had backed up. Sumday keeps no other copy of your data, so deleting the account deletes everything we hold. Nothing is retained for analytics, because we run none.
